Read the draft out loud to yourself
Have someone else read the draft to you
Tape record yourself reading the draft
Tape your entire draft to a wall, the pages in order
Put two hard returns between each sentence.
Highlight (yellow) every
time you used to following words: for, and, nor, but, or yet, so.
Delete every possible “that.”
